Most organisations find significantly more AI systems than they expected when they do this exercise properly. The AI embedded in your Salesforce, your Workday, your email platform, and your customer support tool often goes unnoticed until someone looks. Budget at least 30 minutes for the discovery phase.

✓ What You've Built

Your AI Register v1.0. It will be incomplete and imperfect — that's fine. A living, imperfect register is infinitely more valuable than a perfect register that doesn't exist. Keep it updated as new tools are deployed and existing ones change.
